| I (female) have rented a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, looking for one working professional (pref female) to occupy one room. You will have your own room and bathroom, kitchen and living area will be shared between both of us. I have a spare mattress and box spring which you may use if you would like to. The unit comes with in-suite laundry and has gym facility as well. Location is 85street 106a ave NW, it’s walking distance from Stadium LRT and bus stop as well. It’s a nice neighbourhood. Rent per person will be $750 plus electricity and wifi (divided between two of us per month basis). Parking is $50 extra (underground, heated). Total rent of the apartment is $1500 per month (without electricity charges and parking charges) Building management will need 2 months pay stub hence looking for working professional only. No smoking/drugs and No pets allowed. Note - it’s not a furnished room, I will remove the stuff from there when I get someone to occupy it. |
