| Hi, I have a room for rent in a single family house. The room will come with a bed and mattress. Rent will include all untities (gas, water, power, internet). Kitchen, bathroom and laundary are shared with other roomamtes. The house is close to eaux clair transit centre and many other amenities. Looking a resposible tenant (preferbably Male - Indian since other roomates are Indian) who understands that this is a shared accomodation and help with keeping the private and shared spaces clean and organized.
