| The house is located in Edgemont. It's a 2-bed, 2-bath house and each room has a walk-in closet & bathroom inside the room. The house is furnished but the available bedroom is not. The main floor is the living room, kitchen and a half-bath, there is a small front & back yard. The basement is available for storage. Washer & dryer is available and street parking is in front of the home. The area has a Goodlife and Costco about a 5 minute drive away, grocery stores and gas stations down the street, walking trails close by and quick access to the henday and whitemud. Rent is $900 monthly, all utilities included. Damage deposit and lease is required. No pet or smoking home, and female roommate preferred. Roommate is a 32 year old female that works full-time and is pretty quiet.
