| Small dog is ok. No smoker (not even outside). I'm travelling a lot so you may have the house by yourself. The first meeting (if I think you are a good candidate) will be online so hopefully you have whatsapp. I would prefer a MATURE STUDENT OR OLDER PERSON ( 50+) male or female (as I am in my 50s). We will have to share the bathroom so I will have to be EXTREMELY CONFORTABLE with that person. Access to kitchen would have to be discussed as my office is in it and I also like total silence in my space. I'm looking for a QUITE, CLEAN AND EASYGOING roomate.
