| I am renting a private bedroom in a furnished shared house. There will be max of 3 people to share large 3-bedroom home in Twin Brooks Edmonton which is a great neighbourhood with lots of walking and biking trails and: * Seven minute drive to Century Park * Three minute walk to bus stop * South Common, Southgate Mall and Currents shopping districts are all just a few minutes drive. There are currently 1 PRIVATE UNFINISHED BEDROOMS for $690per month each, which also includes: * parking (quiet street and driveway) * ALL utilities (heat, water & electricity) * internet The BRIGHT AND SPACIOUS SHARED LIVING SPACE includes: * a large furnished kitchen & dining area * furnished living room (TV hooked up Telus) * full-bathroom share by maximum of 2 people (upstairs) * half-bathroom (main floor) * laundry room * backyard with large deck * limited storage space in basement THE IDEAL FIT: * 1 person per bedroom * non-smoking housemates * no drugs or partying on property * easy-going * respectful of each other's space * likes dogs (there are 2 very friendly SMALL dogs that occasionally stay with me) * 3-month rental Will need to provide proof of income and references.
