| I am a 44 year old full time working woman and I have a 1 bedroom basement suite for rent with shared kitchen ready to move in June 15th. I am looking for female renters only. I do not accept couples. The bedroom is unfurnished with a walk in closet. The living room is fully furnished. There is a private full bathroom that also has shared laundry. The kitchen is shared and you would have access to all dishes and appliances. There is also pantry space for you to store your dry goods as well as a spare closet beside your room should tou need aome storage. I am the only person living here with my little dog Abbie. Rent is 800$ per month and a 400$ deposit. |
