| Myself and my adult son are looking to rent a FULL HOUSE - bungalow or split level style with at least 2 bedrooms and a finished basement. We require a garage also. We both have incomes and good references. We are home owners who just sold our acreage and want to move into the city to be closer to work. We are not fussy about location other than we do not want to be in the central core. North Edmonton, St. Albert or the South are all fine, the emphasis on safe and quiet. We have two very well behaved cats and a very tiny 2 pound housetrained Yorkie who is very old and sweet natured. Ideally we would like stay under $1600 a month, however we do not want to move in the next two years and are willing to sign a 2 year lease with option to renew in exchange for reasonable rent. I am helping my son raise his infant daughter so we are quiet, respectful and pay our bills on time. If you think we might be a good fit, please contact me any time.
