| I am looking for someone to take over my lease from July 1st to December 31st, 2024 (with the option to renew lease after this date). This is an amazing property and I would stay in a heartbeat but need to move for school! Rent is $1,404 per month, and underground parking is $125 per month extra. I know this seems pricy, but this includes power, water, and heating (no extra utility bills). This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Views are incredible, the building has really good heating through the winter, suite is soundproof to neighbours, building by management and maintenance staff are incredible, laundry facilities on every second floor, communal workout facility (see pictures) and secure underground parking. Building is also cat friendly, but I don’t own a cat, so don’t know the extra costs associated with this. I am looking for someone to take over ASAP, so please reach out if you’re interested, and I can give you a tour.
