| Hi everyone! Room rental is available in an apartment in one of the sought after neighborhood in Terwelligar Drive, easily accessible to whitemud drive and anthony henday. Very close to major grocery and convenient stores and many restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy being close to a park and walking trails. Ready for move in from June 1st. The apartment is shared with me who is a working professional. The bedroom is unfurnished and is for single occupancy and for female renters only. The room has a walk in closet and plenty of sunshine. You will have your separate washroom and a designated parking stall. If you dont drive the bus stop is just around the corner. The kitchen is shared with me and you will have access to all the kitchen appliances and dishes. Lots of pantry storage and kitchen space so no need to worry about storage space. You will have to purchase your own household items like toilet paper and soap etc. Looking for a female professional who is very clean and easy going. I am specifically looking for someone who does not eat fish as I am allergic to it and no pork for religious reasons.
