| I am looking to rent out a room in my 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex in SW Edmonton, in the neighbourhood of Chappelle to a female renter. I am a friendly, quiet, clean and professional 39 year old female, looking for similar qualities in a renter. The room currently has a queen sized bed and frame, black out curtains and a nightstand. I can remove the furnishings if you would prefer to use your own. You will also have your own full bathroom right beside the room. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, laundry room and backyard. There is ample street parking available. The house is well kept and clean. My place is located near 41 Avenue with easy access to Calgary Trail. No smoking, parties or pets. Rent is $750 per month and includes electricity, heat, water and wireless internet.
