I'm looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and non smoker, no pets to assist me in cleaning my basement suite in exchange for a room in my beautiful home. this is extremely clean and quiet and new housr on the north side in a great neighborhood. Will charge you 200 for rent plus your services. Just you and the only owner ll be upstairs for now.
