| I'm seeking a roommate to share my 2-bedroom + den, 3.5-bathroom duplex in Summerside. A bit about me: I'm a 42-year-old woman who works full time and enjoys a quiet lifestyle. I maintain a clean home and would expect my roommate to contribute to daily household chores. I also have a cat, and for that reason, no additional pets. About the room: You'll have your own bedroom, with a private full bathroom on the second floor. The recently renovated main floor, upstairs den and downstairs laundry are shared spaces, and there's also an option to use the partially finished basement for an additional living space. There is a detached garage as well for extra storage and parking of one vehicle. Rent $950 per month including utilities (does not include internet but can be negotiated in if wanted) Lease would be 6 or 12 months with option to continue afterwards, through the landlord (not me). |
