| I am an owner of a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom townhouse, nestled in a quiet, clean community located on the northeast side of Edmonton. The backyard overlooks hermitage park I have an unfurnished bedroom available for rent to a clean working professional. You can decorate how you like. Shared living space. available May 1st, 2024 $650/month includes utilities and wifi - fits a double size bed and a dresser Has a decent sized closet space. I also have room for some storage in unfinished basement. Unfortunately, I can’t take photos of the bedroom as my previous roommates belongings are still in it. However, I welcome viewings if interested - weekdays are anytime after 5:30 and anytime during the weekends (I’m pretty flexible) just let me know on advance please. I am very clean, I don’t party, I work Monday to Friday. My children are older and have moved out. It’s just me and my dog, Larry. He’s friendly to humans, can get excited and jump, but he’s a dog. Unfortunately we can’t have any more pets as he’s territorial around other animals. There is one other roommate as well. Looking for a roommate who are clean working professionals - references will be required; I may ask for a credit check and criminal record check. Serious inquiries only. |
