| Room for rent in a nice quiet home in Dover. Rent includes all utilities , including wifi. Shared bathroom, kitchen and common room. Just a nice room to rent, in a good area! Quiet area facing a park. Close to grocery stores, convenience stores, busses, and shops. I have a small dog who is very friendly and well trained. Looking for a roommate who is CLEAN and respectful. I can work nights or early mornings, so being respectful goes a long way. Looking for someone who will take care of the place they live in and enjoy the space. I truly hope it is welcoming safe place. LGBQT2S+ safe. I also would throw out that if I ever went on vacation, and you wanted to, if you watched my dog I would do a rent reduction for doing me a solid! Let's all be comfortable in our home. Only thing you pay extra for is your own personal hygiene items, laundry soap, shampoo type stuff. House is fully furnished. Ample Street parking but you can run a plug from the house.
