| This maybe done too soon buuutttt, I will be needing a roommate by March/April next year (2025). Obviously, things might change but I would really like to get to know someone before becoming roommates with them. About myself: I'm 28 years old. I work full time as a server and will eventually be going back to school. I'm a little shy, respectful, sweet/caring, very family oriented and very organized, clean and responsible. I do have a pet - a cat named nova, I don't mind if you have a cat, assuming they get along, I would gladly welcome another cat in the apartment. About the place: I will eventually get a 2 bedroom apartment, preferably in the nw (that might change) of Calgary. I will have the apartment furnished the only thing you'll need to bring is your own bedroom stuff (like a bed, ect) I can try/might be able to furnish the bedroom if that's what you need. Cost run down: Rent will be $900 Assuming we split internet $100* And utilities $100* *Roughly Cost estimate: $1,200 Other comments: 4/20 friendly but would ask you not to smoke in the apartment. Not smoker friendly. I don't really care about gender but would definitely prefer a female roommate.
