| 1 bedroom available in Glenbrook SW October 1st Hey all! Private room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath house. Glenbrook, near 45th st station. Fully fenced backyard in a quiet and very green neighbourhood. I have 2 cats, so pet free cat lovers are preferred. Rent is 1000 a month (1 months DD) + shared utilities (approx 150) and there’s free alley and street parking. October 1st-May 1st. The room is unfurnished and the common areas are furnished. I’m happy to make some adjustments to the furniture I own to make room for yours if you have a bit you’d like to move in. Shared common areas, bathroom, kitchen My ideal roommate would identify as female, is queer, and someone I get on with. An active lifestyle is always a bonus, extra points if you’re an artist as well. Smoking is allowed outside, I’m 420 friendly, and will have the occasional beer.
