| Hi there, I am 33 mature student and have limited income so I need to rent a 2bedroom all inclusive for around 700$, x2 this gives us (if you want to team up) 1400$, assuming you are able to afford more and that works for you, we could maybe have a budget of 1500/1600 for a nice place. Something with a dishwasher and in suite laundry is always preferable for me. I have a vehicle and so parking would be ideal. I am not a dirty person, I don’t like dust, mud, food, spills, sticky, but I do have the tendency to be a little untidy now and then and usually try and tidy / organize every 2-3 days. So I could deal with someone similar. My big pet peeves are a dirty sink and food going bad in the fridge. Let’s keep it clean. Let me know if you’re interested in keeping prices cheaper by teaming up. I am a 50/50 social person I like to talk / chat maybe do dinner together once in a while but I also like to be alone / silent in my home so I need a balance. Hopefully this sounds like something you’re also looking for to save money! I am good at searching and applying, just need someone committed to paying their half, showing up on time for viewings, and being honest with their boundaries. I’m not against pets but if you have any we will need to ensure finding a place that allows. I also need to have access to the outside like a balcony or a front door.
