| Please read full description before responding. Available July 2024 Homestay style accommodation for short-term for Coop, practicum, apprenticeship students. Rate can accomadate your placement program start/end dates. Must be a quiet, clean individual, willing to help ensure their room is cleaned weekly and willing to assist in the cleaning of common areas used. (i.e. kitchen/bathroom) cleaning supplies are provided. None smoking home. Located on Northside, near the PepsiCo plant, Wal-Mart. Short drive to Federal Research Station, Hospital, and College. Bus route nearby. This is a cooperative living home. Quiet, clean, large family home with central air conditioning. Adults only. Single room occupancy, no guests. Private room, furnished single bed Bedding and towels can be provided use of: Well equipped Kitchen, BBQ, laundry, family room, with treadmill, cable TV, Netflix, & Wi-fi. and utilities included. Home has a security system. Bathroom shared with 1 other person. Max 2 people share a bathroom. Homeowner does provide access to standard pantry and usually cooks a couple meals per week for all. Pets on site (cats/dogs), so you must love animals. No additional animals allowed. Further details are available upon request.
