The tenant there has also been with us long-term for over two years now. We strive to be good landlords. Once you are in residence, it is your home! We will not intrude, and you will only see us for occasional inspections a couple of times a year. During those visits, we are respectful guests. We have qualified repair and maintenance companies that care for all structural requirements. You are expected to take care of day-to-day life tasks like mowing the grass, shoveling the snow, and minor repairs. We do ask that you carry tenants insurance for your protection and ours. We reside in Victoria, BC, and as such, we are time-constrained. Our hope is to arrive in Fort McMurray November 14th and have the home move-in ready for the following week.
