We are looking for students or working professionals, to rent private bedrooms in the basement suite and on the main floor of a very well-maintained bungalow house near UofC, SAIT, Bow Valley College, Airport, Downtown • A bedroom is furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, and a closet. Complimentary furniture may vary and is not exactly the same as on the bedrooms’ photos. • The two basement bedrooms are $650 and $670 per month. Two tenants in 1,000 sf suite share one full bathroom, one full kitchen, a washer and dryer. The large living room and the kitchen in the suite will be fully furnished. The egress windows in the bedroom are large and have good natural light. The suite has its separate entrance. • The bedroom on the main floor’s rent is $800 per month. The tenant will share with two full-time university students one full bathroom, a kitchen, a washer and a dryer. The living room and dining room on the main floor are fully furnished • All utilities (electricity, gas, city garbage collection fees, water) and high-speed wifi are included in the rent prices • Security deposit: the same as the monthly rent of a room • The rooms will be available starting November or December 2024 for a 12-month lease • Street parking and parking pad are available • The tenants have access to a large, roofed deck in the backyard, one roofed corner of the back yard has city light view at night • No smoking, no vaping, no pets, and no partying • Convenient location and good neighbourhood: Within a 15-minute drive to UofC, SAIT, Bow Valley College, downtown and Calgary International Airport.
