Only 3 tenants will share with each other the1,080 sf main floor of the bungalow house. • The bedroom is furnished with a double bed consisted of bedframe and mattress, a desk, a chair, and a new built-in closet (complimentary furniture in the photo varies in each room) • The room will be available starting November 1st 2024 for a 12-month lease • Three tenants in in main floor share one airy full bathroom with its window facing the park • Fully furnished living room and dining room have park views • Thanks to trees in the front and back yards and the park, the house with its main entrance facing west is naturally cool in the summer and warm in the winter • The tenants have access to large, roofed deck in the backyard, one roofed corner of the back yard has city light view at night • All utilities (electricity, gas, city garbage collection fees, water) and high-speed wifi are included in the rent prices • Security deposit: $800 • Shared laundry: only three tenants share a washer and a dryer located in the basement of the same house • Full kitchen: only three tenants share the kitchen including kitchen cabinets, sink, faucet, new oven, fridge, and microwave. • No smoking, no vaping, no pets, and no partying • Convenient location and good neighbourhood where neighbours stay in the houses for decades: Within a 15-minute drive to UofC, SAIT, downtown and Calgary International Airport.
