| I and a roommate have a room vacant in a 3 bed apartment with amazing amenities:clubhouse with pool table,gym, mini golf simulator, free starbucks beverage brewer + much more. It’s located by arbour lake and in walking distance to crowfoot station & shopping complex. Rent would be $900 but is negotiable and heat & water is included in the price. We are uofc and sait students, so if youre looking for somewhere in close proximity to school the location is good. females preferred due to shared spaces but still feel free to reach out if you are a guy we are furnishing ourselves so you only need to provide things for your room. Also as residents we get access to the arbour lake. Lease starts dec 30 and you would get half off rent your first two months! let me know if youre interested :) |
