| Hello, I'm renting the room out with new furniture, appliances. So I'm looking for a female tenant who wants to rent in March/April or tenants who want to take over the whole unit! :) This is newly renovated and painted also everything is new and so clean. I have had an allergy and managed everywhere very cleanly. If you want to rent here, you can take your luggage only and feel quite safe. There is another good educated professional female tenant in a separate room and there will be 2 tenants in total if you are moving in here. This neighborhood is in Windermere. There are a shopping plaza and marts for groceries just in front of home. If you are a student, it's also good to take a bus here. This apartment is like a townhouse and there is a nice management team with 24 hour security. There is a big closet for more luggage in room. When you decide to rent here, I will give you a rental contract and the rent fee is $800(including every bill such as hydro, parking, internet and so on). About the deposit for rent, it's $400.
