| Hi there! I am looking for a ROOMMATE to move in and help with the rent in my 2 bedroom apartment. Ideally it would be for October 1st and it would be until August of next year at the least. If the listing is still up, I’m still searching for someone!! Location is literally right behind Rogers Place & Macewan Transit Station and is no more than a 5 minute walk to the University itself & all of downtown. Want someone who is professional, clean, able to afford rent month to month, and is pet friendly as I have a cat. No dogs please. Household has a shared living space, kitchen, and bathroom but your room is private with its own closet space. Rent would be $725 + Electricity/Wifi split halfway. You’d get your own parking spot as well. Everything else would be included. Please be serious about inquiries, and thank you for your time! |
