| I am renting a room in my large newer house in crystallina nera. There is a private suite in the basement, but there is no interacting with this person because it is separate suite with access from the outside. You will be sharing bathroom with one person. The room will be available July 1st 2024. It could be earlier. Ask me if you are interested. There is a common area on the main floor with 75" 4k tv that has netflix, I have my own private TV area upstairs, there is plenty of room in the house, there is no need for us to be on top of each other . In the backyard which walks out to the lake, there is a 6 person hot tub, Webber BBQ and gazebo on the deck with another sofa and fire table. I just spent $5000 on brand new high end appliances and another $5000 on automated cleaning systems for mopping and vacuuming the floors on both the first and second floor. So hopefully that should make life easier for everyone. Requirements. 1) Must be employed fulltime outside of the house. I work from home and need quite during the day. 2) Hopefully between 25-50. 3) No smokers, drinkers or hard drug user. Weed is fine if you smoke it outside. 4) Single occupancy only. I preferred it be a male. No Overnight guests. Everyone in the home is single. If you are in a relationship, maybe it is best you room with other couples. 5) Must be clean and quite. This is not a party house. I am very meticulous about keeping my home clean, if you need to live in a pig sty to feel comfortable, please look elsewhere. I don't care how you keep your own bedroom or bathroom - as long as you don't attract bugs or do damage, but the common areas like the kitchen must be kept clean if you choose to use it. 6) Looking for a 1 year lease, but may consider a 6 month lease. 7) Street parking only. 8) Criminal record check and references may be required. 9) $500 damage deposit. |
