| Hello, I am a young professional. I am looking to rent out the basement rooms of my house to a person who is quiet or a professional. We will share the Laundry and Kitchen. appliances include dishwasher, air fryer, stove, coffee makers, microwave, pressure cooker. I have a Large Great Dane, if you have a dog that is fine, they would just have to meet to see if they get along first. You will have access to a full gym in the Garage, a BBQ, and a Decent Backyard. The price includes, internet, utilities, and a plug in parking spot in the back. An interview would need to take place if you are interested in the space. Thanks. I am in no rush so I am hoping to find the right fit. If you want to bring a dog, there will be a small pet fee. |
