| Hi there! I'm a female, seeking a new place to rent with another professional female roommate. Would prefer female roommate Would prefer just me and the other roommate in the whole place..either a basement suite or apartment, etc. If possible with a seperate washroom or ensuite. The maximum price I am able to pay (including utilities) is $450- 500 for my share of rent. I have a steady full-time job with Costco. Im a very friendly, down to earth, easy going person. Like to keep to one's self but can also be interactive/sociable. Respectful of noise level and of other roommates space.
