| A roomy, private bedroom with private bath for one person only (no animals) in a spacious family home surrounded by an excellent neighbourhood in the south of Red Deer. Rent includes tasty meals, all utilities, internet access, parking, laundry facilities and private 3/4 bath across the hall. We only have the one boarder in the house. The room has a double bed, linens, towels, dresser, closet, night stand, lamps, mirror, desk, and two book shelves. We are located in south central Red Deer (Mountview area) close to Red Deer Polytechnic, downtown, and the hospital. No drugs nor alcohol. Smoke-free. Looking for the right border to fit with our family of four (teacher/homemaker/ two older teen girls) plus dog. No accommodation for other animals. Meals are included in the rent. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We understand that the tenant does not have the same schedule as us and have flexible approaches to dealing with our tenant. Meals are tasty, varied: hot breakfast, typically packed lunch, lots of vegetables with supper. We like sausage. We have been renting out for over 10 years and are familiar with welcoming a variety of new people into our home. Two people sharing the space will not be a consideration. Sorry, but we are not a hotel. We require an application, references and a damage deposit before we let a stranger into the house! We offer a month-to-month lease. |
