| Room Rental PLEASE READ FULL AD Basement room for rent, available April 1st, 2024. Will be renting 2 rooms out of basement. (Ad 1 of 2) Located in Redcliff near the golf course. Bedroom will come furnished (bed and bedding, closet organizer, tv). Shared spaces are the basement living room and bathroom will be for your use and other renter. Shared laundry with upstairs tenants. Rent is $650/month. Damage Deposit is $200. Please note there is no lease, but a contract will be signed stating you will give a minimum of 1 month notice if you decide to move out. If you break this contract, you will no longer be eligible for the return of your damage deposit. Wifi and utilities are included in the rent price. There is one dog in the house already, so no pets. She is a 3yr old golden retriever. DOES NOT have access to downstairs rental rooms. No parties or smoking - outside smoking is fine. 420 and LGBTQ+ friendly. Not suitable for families or children. Preference given to those only working in town and gone "home" on weekends. More pictures to come available to those interested. Serious inquires only.
