Shared Entrance. Shared Laundry. Suitable for one responsible, respectful, working, mature adult. Perfect for a place to stay while working away from home; fully furnished with king sized bed, all bedding, towels, kitchen cookware and dining ware – just bring yourself, personal effects/toiletries, and groceries/consumables, and relax in your new home-away-from-home! No pets. No smoking (anything). No vaping (anything). Sever allergies therefore ZERO TOLERANCE to vaping or smoking anything on the entire property! No drugs. No parties. Utilities included (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi) Rent: $975/month SD/DD: $975 We do have a dog, so also must not be allergic. Our dog, although friendly, is a "1 dog in the household" kind of dog; therefore, we are unable to provide a home for other dogs or for cats in our house. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.
