DESCRIPTION: Non-smoking, no drugs, no pets, non-partying person. Female(s) preferred, but MAY not be required. Vegetarian preferred, but not required. Please, see the rental rates for your chosen duration of stay. Utilities are all included, though there is no wifi, yet. A coin laundry is available in the building. Parking spot is available, as well as daily car-pooling to and from Grande Prairie. MONTHLY RENTAL: The rent is $575 per month. Damage deposit also $575. That is for the smaller room and one person. If there are two of you to share a room, you will get the larger room to share. The price will be $760 per month for the room, and so, each of you will pay $380 per month. Damage deposit is $760 for the larger room. WEEKLY RENTAL: The rent is $200 per week. Damage deposit also $200. That is for the smaller room and one person. If there are two of you to share a room, you will get the larger room to share. The price will be $250 per week for the room, and so, each of you will pay $125 per week. Damage deposit is $250 for the larger room. DAILY RENTAL: The rent is $25 per day. Damage deposit also $25. That is for the smaller room and one person. If there are two of you to share a room, you will get the larger room to share. The price will be $40 per day for the room, and so, each of you will pay $20 per day. Damage deposit is $40 for the larger room. GENERAL COMMENTS: Note that the address is in Sexsmith, 20 minutes' drive north of Grande Prairie. Let me know when you are coming, and I will send you exact address and wait for you by the main front door of the building. SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT COMMUTING FOR THOSE NOT DRIVING: I offer a daily shuttle to and from Grande Prairie, at 7 a.m. and at 7 p.m., for only $10 a week per rider who is my subtenant! For others, the charge is $2 per ride and per rider. The point is to contribute towards the gas; I go to town regularly and return at those hours: Leaving Sexsmith public library at 7 a.m.; leaving GP's Prairie Mall, by Shoppers Drug Mart at 7 p.m.. I might be able to pick riders up from around either town, but we will pass through these takeoff locations at the prescribed times. Hoping to hear from you.
