| Once again another one of my roommates have moved on to bigger and better things. So now I'm in the market for another kick ass roommate to rent out my furnished basement. You have your own bedroom with double bed, dresser, tv with fire stick, end table, and bookshelf. Within your room you also have a walk in closet. In the basement you have your very own living space equipt with couch, otomen, tv with fire stick (Netflix & prime), desk, kitchen table, water cooler, microwave, single cup kurig, mini fridge and use of the freezer. You also have your own bathroom with shower. There is also some storage space if need be. Unfortunately laundry is shared and its located downstairs so I will need to come and do laundry every once in awhile. We will share the kitchen but a hot plate can also be provided if you would like. I have a little gym on the main floor for you to use if you'd like, it's not fabulous but it's got the essentials. All utilities are included in rent. The house is located on a semi quiet street in the area of summer wood in Sherwood park. There is street parking out front and only a short walk to a bus stop. I'm looking for another great fit to share my home with my daughter (18), son (16), and 2 hairless cats. You wouldn't even know the kids live here unless I'm yelling at them to do something lol A little about me...my names Sabrina I'm 37, I'm from Sherwood park and have lived here my whole life. I work for myself cleaning houses (I guess u can say my house is pretty clean for the most part) I'm a busy body and always on the go. I like to take off at least once a month for the weekend. I don't drink or party, I do smoke (outside tho) I snowboard in the winter and I play ball in the spring and summer and go to the gym regularly. I'm looking for someone who is mature, clean, and respectful. You can be male or female. Must be employed or going to school. I don't want someone who party's, drinks exesivly, or does drugs. Smoking outside is all good. Pets are a no go as my cats rule the land and I don't want to disrupt their life style haha. My last 2 roommates were amazing and turned into family so I'm not in a rush to move someone in, just looking for the best match nothing worse then living with a shitty roommate.
