Shared living spaces on the main floor are fully furnished (with room for more, if required and upon discussion) and include a large kitchen with plenty of storage, a great room w/ a gas fireplace, a large wrap around deck and massive backyard, and one garage parking spot. Located just off of Stoney Trail, you’ll have easy access to almost anywhere in the city; only 20 minutes to Mount Royal, 30 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to the heart of downtown. Jump on Stoney, Macleod, or Deerfoot in a matter of minutes to access great food, shopping, gyms, and entertainment, all nearby. The rent will include utilities, high speed (gamer approved) wifi, and year round lake access. If you’re interested in renting the rooms for two people instead of just one, the total rent will be adjusted to reflect the increased utility cost. About us, We are a couple in our late 20s/early 30s who work mostly from home. We enjoy board games, a good night out with friends, and the occasional drink or two. We’re looking for a respectful, mature, and communicative roommate (or two!) to share the home with. If you’re into video games, D&D, board games, reading, or watching reality TV, you’ll probably fit right in! We have one sweet and playful cat, but sadly aren’t permitted any other four legged friends on the property. No smoking allowed.
