Main floor bedroom is rented out to someone working in the area until around the end of the year so there would be the three of us. $800/month/room all in Full disclosure - I don't have air conditioning and the upstairs gets hot in this heat wave where I sleep and where the available room is located. I can set up a spare bed in the cool basement for relief until the weather cools down again. |
