| I’m looking for a female roommate in sylvan lake, rainbow park. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom plus a lofted den townhouse a block away from lakeshore drive. I have two kittens so I won’t allow any more animals. I’m a 30 year old women & work quite a lot so I’m not home very much. The Telus bill is about $115 per month for cable & internet and I have an extra cable box that can be put in your room. The bedroom is unfurnished. Outdoor parking included off the street. All lawn & snow removal is done by the condo board. There is also a balcony overlooking the golf course. The total rent is $1950 utilities included so we can split down the middle.
