| My 20 yr old daughter is looking for a roommate for second bedroom, 1 bath apartment with large balcony in Calgary in the Varsity neighborhood . Transit is right outside bldg. Bldg has pool, gym and security. Nice and safe neighborhood. The price includes all utilities including wifi and basic cable. Furnished except 2nd bdrm. Daughter is from rural Alberta, plays volleyball, clean and friendly. This her 3rd year but first living off campus. Picture is of ad on FB. Move in is basically anytime from now until we can find the right person - sooner than later is ideal. Will be added to lease that is up Oct 1st, 2025. If interested.
