| Seeking a responsible and mature, non-smoking renter for September and October (can be flexible with dates!). I am going to be away for these two months so you would pretty much have the whole place to yourself. All inclusive. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a short term rental (including linens, cleaning supplies, laundry, cooking supplies, BBQ, treadmill, internet, etc-- the place is an Airbnb listing which is why there is so much included). 1200/month. Happy to have two people/colleagues/friends/classmates renting and splitting the cost as there is another bedroom upstairs. You can use the garage for parking while I am away. I am open to well-trained doggos being here for an additional pet fee (50 per month). The yard is fenced. |
