Details: Bathroom shared with just one other person. The house is fully furnished, including a large kitchen and a big TV. The room for rent is unfurnished. Big windows throughout, so there’s plenty of sunlight ( i will upload pictures in the daytime in the morning) Huge backyard – pictures coming soon. Location: On Montana Drive. 3-minute walk to Market Mall. 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. 10-minute bus ride to the University of Calgary. About Us: We’re 4 guys—3 students and 1 graduate. One of us is away on an internship, so usually, there are only 3 people home. We keep the place clean and expect the same. House is usually quiet as everyone does their own thing during the week, but we also have fun on weekend from time to time. If you’re interested, let us know.
