| I have a big, super clean, quiet room for rent in Whitecourt available immediately. The house is located close to the golf course, downtown, and Rotary Park just steps away. Comes with a queen-sized bed and bedding, hardwood floors, triple-sealed windows, a locked solid core door(these keep the room as quiet & secure as possible), and last but not least a 2 piece ensuite bathroom(toilet and sink). The room also includes a full-size work desk, a huge chest of drawers, a beautiful redwood clothes closet with loads of storage, room-darkening shades, and a 40-inch smart TV that is not hooked up to the subscription but can be used for gameplay or streaming Netflix or Amazon Prime. (or whatever streaming platform you have) There is a 55-inch TV in the living room(shared with two other tenants) that does have a subscription to Shaw with all the Global channels, ESPN, Sports Net, and Showcase (to name a few). Also included are a dining room table, and a fully appointed kitchen(I love to cook so I have all sorts of cooking accessories and a brand new dishwasher), I also provide a small workout area with a bench, adjustable weights, 10-pound ball, and a Bosu Ball. Also included is a nicely appointed bathroom with a rainfall showerhead, washer, and dryer(including a folding table) On-site parking(with a power outlet placed conveniently next to your parking space) and unlimited internet are also included with the room. If you are a long-term tenant you will really appreciate the central air conditioning. (Summers are getting hotter every year) Smoking is allowed either on the deck or in designated areas. All the common areas are cleaned weekly. Here is what is not included.....animals of any kind(I love them but they bark or scratch, so no pets allowed)....screaming babies or children(I'm unmarried and have no plans to adopt)....parties, or loud music...And finally "Me", I have my own place elsewhere and really try to stay out of your life and space.
