This would be ideal for a single person or couple who are working on a contract basis, (such as travelling nurses or other professionals) or for Canadian snowbirds looking to spend the winter on beautiful Vancouver Island. The owners live in a separate house on the property. We’re a quiet and respectful couple and LGBTQ friendly. Our dog (Rosie) roams the fenced property freely and loves to make new friends. We’ll provide you with a never ending supply of dog treats, but sorry, we cannot accommodate your pets. Rent includes: Hydro, WiFi, Roku TV, garbage disposal, water, septic and yard maintenance.
