[available from June 1st] It is suitable for someone who works outside the home and mainly needs the room to rest/sleep and have peace of mind. The shared kitchen has a microwave, a fridge, kettle, toaster and some dishes, and is IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT LIKE COOKING. Government issued picture ID, one reference and half a month's rent security deposit are required. Rental is to one person only (no couples, please). The house is located within easy walking distance of Royal Oak SkyTrain station, Metropolis shopping center and their food court, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and public transit. 20 minutes SkyTrain ride to downtown Vancouver, SFU downtown campus, and Surrey Campus. 45 minute bus ride to the UBC Vancouver campus.
