| Available July 1, Offering a room for rent in my 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo to a single non-smoking working professional male who's employed full time or a full-time graduate student enrolled in University. The type of guy I’m looking for is someone who’s clean and tidy, considerate, friendly, easy going and has minimal belongings. You will be sharing the space with me (mature male) and 2 cats so only interested in someone who is cat friendly. The building is located near the Gilmore skytrain station in North Burnaby. Kitchen and laundry is shared. Access to the buildings amenities including a gym, sauna, pool and hot tub. The room is fully furnished all you need is your clothes. The room is generally a convenient space to relax but not to entertain so prefer no visitors. Ideally short term renter and it is month-to-month, includes all utilities and wifi and there is a secured parking stall if required for an extra $50 per month. I ask for 30 days notice before you leave. References, first-months rent & deposit is required prior to moving in.
