Rent for one person is $1,200 includes utilities. Deposit is $600. Pet friendly with Pet deposit. The house is located in North Burnaby near Hastings and Duthrie. Accessed to buses R5 to go downtown or to SFU Burnaby campus. Also buses to Metrotown and Lougheed mall. The house is down the hill from SFU Burnaby campus so if you study or work at SFU Burnaby campus this is a good location.
