| I am currently URGENTLY looking for a SINGLE roommate for a spacious 2bed 2bath in the Burnaby Brentwood area. Rent will be $1500/month, and you will have your own private bedroom and bathroom, along with shared living room/kitchen/balcony!/in-suite laundry/dryer! With floor to ceiling windows, open concept, and building amenities such as a full 24h gym, private parking spot, study room, and party/conference rooms, we think it’s very worth the price! The unit is on the 33rd floor of a new 2020 building on Beta Avenue, and Brentwood Skytrain station is less than a 10 minute walk, so we’re in a nice SAFE neighbourhood with lots of amenities. We do not use our unit parking spot, if you have a car. A bit about us: My name is Ella Grace (19F), and I am a second year student at Emily Carr University. I share a room with my girlfriend Talisa (21F), who is currently working full time at Joeys as a cook. We are both pretty introverted, so it’s important to us that we find a roommate that is LGBT FRIENDLY, non smoking/vaping, and relatively organized. Lastly, (and maybe most importantly) we have a 2 year old cat, so you won’t want to be allergic. She is pretty shy and will most likely leave you alone, but it is crucial that you’re nice to her :) Move-in date is JULY 1st at the earliest.
