Rent is $900/month including utilities and wifi •We share a washer and dryer located outside in a heated shed, shared with the 1 bedroom basement suite next to us which is currently empty •This would be for a 1 year lease. •The back yard is used for gardening, you are welcome to claim some space to garden! •Back entrance with automatic lights. 3 cement steps going down to entrance. •Your room is the larger room •Cat/small pet friendly! •Noise reduced past 10pm •**weed is smoked indoors** - this is negotiable based on your preference •Portable AC unit in common area REQUIREMENTS the landlord requests: • proof of income (3 month bank statement) • employment letter • previous landlord reference The location is about 2 blocks from 130 bus stops in either direction •Corner stores, grocery stores, Brentwood Mall, Millenium Skytrain Station all within 1km and easily accessible by transit. •Grocery stores include: Safeway, Save-on Foods, Whole Foods About me: I am a non-binary individual (born female) who would like to find a second person to re-sign my lease with.
