| Sublet my sweet bedroom for 3-5 months. It’s near Edmonds station, very convenient location. Grocery stores are all in walking distance. Also has library and community center, swimming pool, parks, trails nearby. You don’t need a car to live here, bus and Skytrain will take you to all the places you need to go. All the housemates are from Asian countries, very neat, respectful and friendly. It’s a well maintained and well managed house. I have lived here for two years. Love it very much. That’s why I want to keep it for myself after 3-5 months. The landlord is super sweet, you can sign 3-5 months with her or with me, doesn’t matter. $850/m. Half month rent for deposit. Thanks. |
