LOCATION: Burnaby/Coquitlam border near Lougheed Mall. 5 minute bus ride to Lougheed Skytrain Station. 10 minute drive to Boundary Rd., (Vancouver), 10 minute drive to Burnaby, 10 minute drive to New West. Room: Lovely light-filled fully furnished room with, queen sized bed, matching dresser and side table, good sized closet, computer desk, bookshelves and ceiling fan. We can arrange for a physical showing or a Skype, Signal or Whatsapp tour. We are adult friends (M's and F 35 to 60's), looking to share our lovely house with an emotionally and financially mature, professional person, at least in this age range, working OUTSIDE the house. This is a real home, with responsible, aware, healthy housemates, who treat our dwelling as a community space. Your housemates are professionals, over 30. We are non drinkers, and non-smokers, (not outside smokers), partial vegetarians (we cook seafood and poultry but no red meat or pork). We don't accept pets. Housemates are into yoga, meditation, gardening, music, the arts and world travel. It's a peaceful low drama home, with a quiet non party atmosphere. Except for food gatherings, which we love to host on occasion! We are seeking a respectful CLEAN, TIDY housemate, someone who is aware of their surroundings and other people, will thoroughly clean up after themselves and is willing to do weekly chores to keep the common rooms functional, healthy and beautiful.
