| Hello! We are looking for a roommate to join us in a large house in the Burquitlam neighbourhood. The place is a couple minutes' drive from Burquitlam station, about 15 minutes' walk. The house is large and including you, there will be 4 people living here. 2 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. We are all students who also work. This place is smoking and 420 friendly (outside, not indoors), cats are ok (there are already cats living here). We have central heating and appliances are all included. We are only looking for a female roommate at this time - no men. Thank you for respecting this. Rent is $950 a month not including utilities. Wifi, gas and hydro all together come out to about $50-70 a month on average. We need someone to move in on October 15th. Please text or call me if you have any questions! |
