Walking distance (10 min) to the downtown Courtenay area with all the cafes and shops. Bus line and bike lanes close by. Fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay: - Access to a beautiful backyard with your own private sitting area - Kitchen items: dishes, pots, pans, utensils, baking dishes etc. - Coffee maker, blender, vacuum - Wifi access - Two windows for each room (natural light) - Comfy fireplace (electric) - Full size refrigerator, dishwasher and all utensils needed to cook - In-unit washer and dryer - Orthopaedic mattress (double bed) with comfortable topper - Your own separate private entrance - All utilities included Located on a quiet street. Suite is in the lower level and homeowners are present; however, rooms above the suite are not often utilized. Also, children and pets are not on the property. Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) or vaping in the suite or on the property. Also, no parties/ drug use permitted. Sorry, suite is not suitable for pets nor is it handicap accessible. References are mandatory (employment/ past landlords). $1,850 per month includes electric, and wifi. Damage deposit of $1,000 is due along with first months rent and the damage deposit is fully refundable upon end of rental term (as per the short-term rental agreement). |
