Room is semi furnished with a double bed, desk and side table. Must be OK with cats! Unfortunately we are not able to accept any more pets. We are flexible with move in date. Rent is $1000 which includes utilities and high-speed internet. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and backyard are shared. We have heated floors through out. The living space is on the main floor and bedrooms are in the second. The house is located close to bus stops, Lewis Park, grocery stores and cute shops!
